Marinated Tomatoes
Yield: 6 - 8 servings
Ingredients
| 4 | medium tomatoes, sliced | ||

| 3 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | minced fresh basil | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | vinegar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Place tomatoes in a shallow serving dish. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over tomatoes and cover. Refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
