Three Pepper Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | green bell pepper, thinly sliced | ||

| 1 | red bell pepper, thinly sliced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | small onion, cut into 1/4- inch wedges | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | prepared vinaigrette salad dressing | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a serving bowl, combine the peppers and onion. Add dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate to blend flavors before serving.
