Season chops lightly with lemon pepper and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet until hot but not smoking. Brown chops on each side; combine wine and lemon juice and pour around chops in skillet. Cover pan tightly. Simmer gently, about 12-15 minutes.
Serve chops with reduced pan liquid and garnish with capers.
