Red Pepper Mayonnaise
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | roasted peppers | |

| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |

| 4 | sage leaves | ||

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in processor or blender; process until smooth. Chill to blend flavors.
Serve as dipping sauce with chicken dishes or spread for sandwiches or crackers.
