Mojito Honito

Ingredients
| 1 | ounce | Honey Simple Syrup | |

| 3 | fresh mint leaves | ||
|
|
|||
| 4 | ounces | sparkling water, chilled | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | ounce | fresh squeezed lime juice | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | ounces | light rum | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine syrup, mint leaves and splash of soda water in a 12 ounce glass. Add lime juice. Add the rum, stir well and fill with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
