2 | cups | apples, peeled, cored and cubed | |

1/4 | cup | ketchup | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | maple syrup | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | dry mustard | |
|
|||
Garnish: | |||
|
|||
1/4 | pound | bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped | |
|
|||
green onion, chopped | |||
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a 3-quart baking dish, mix together baked beans, apples, ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and scatter chopped bacon and green onion over the top.
