2-1/2 | cups | boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and minced | |

3 | tablespoons | onion, finely chopped | |

3 | tablespoons | celery, finely chopped | |

2 | tablespoons | carrot, finely chopped | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | dry bread crumbs, finely chopped | |

1 | egg white | ||

1/2 | teaspoon | poultry seasoning | |

|
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls; place on a baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
