2 | Tablespoons | soy sauce | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | teaspoons | chili sauce | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | onion, minced | |

4 | hamburger buns, toasted | ||
|
Mix together pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili sauce and onion; form into 4 patties.
Grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are completely done. Serve on toasted buns with condiments of your choice.
