Place avocado, lime juice, salt, pepper and nutmeg in blender. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock. Blend 30 seconds at high speed. Pour into bowl. Whisk in remaining broth and chill until icy cold. Serve garnished with a spoonful of whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
