Chicken Salad Supreme
Yield: Serves 4.
Ingredients
| 3/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |

| 3 | tablespoons | Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | cooked chicken, cubed | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | each, chopped pimiento and pickle relish | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | chopped celery | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | slivered toasted almonds | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | hard-cooked eggs, diced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | minced onion | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Toss dressing lightly with remaining ingredients. Chill. If desired, serve on a bed of greens.
