Mustard Garlic Rub
Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup
Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons | garlic powder | |

| 1 | tablespoon | onion powder | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | crushed dried thyme | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | small bay leaf, finely crumbled | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
